Unison’s Health and safety Officer is setting up a Focus group, to discuss Stress at work.
The group would look at how we can help employers put together a person centred Stress risk assessment; discuss ways in which could change attitudes to work related stress and put some positives in to employment rather than Stress.
We all need some stress in our lives its part of our fight or flight action, but certain stressors can be unhealthy in the workplace, and could be avoided. Groups will be up to ten people and venues can be arranged to suit yourselves.
