Branch Officers Michelle and Helen participating in last year's UNISON Women's Conference online

Today, March 8th, is International Women’s Day 2022. A day when the achievements of women and how far they have come in the fight for their rights within the political, cultural, and social spheres is celebrated.

A day when we try to imagine a gender equal world, A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive, A world where difference is valued and celebrated.

Together we can forge women’s equality. #BreakTheBias
